That credit shall not be removed, reduced, or reassigned. A Creator credit for another person may stand beside it. It does not replace it.

3. The record already printed
Where magazines or house pages have already named me on the script — including, on Smoke Reloaded, The Thrive Times, The Source, Los Angeles Feature Magazine, and Hustler Times — that record is the floor.

4. Ask
Please confirm in writing that the Picture’s public listings will carry the credit in clause 2, and send the IMDb and festival listings to Editing_Writing@latrena-mitchell.com.
