CO-WRITER & COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

A picture or series she writes with a creator — 32º Degreez and work in that posture.
Use when someone else created the world and she is hired to write or co-write. Creator credit may stand. Her writing credit still does.

1. Parties
This agreement is between LaTrena S. Mitchell, L.L.C. (“Writer”) and ________________ (“Creator / Producer”), dated ______________. Picture / series: ________________.

2. Roles
Creator originated the world, characters, or bible. Writer is engaged to write, co-write, or rewrite pages for the picture or series named above. Delivery: ☐ bible pages ☐ episode ☐ season arc ☐ feature draft ☐ other: ________. Due: ________.

3. Fee & deposit
Fee: $________. Half to open the file. Balance on delivery. Production may not shoot Writer’s pages before the balance is paid.

4. Credit — both names stay
Billing shall read Created by [Creator] and Written by / Co-written by LaTrena Mitchell, or the line both parties initial here: ________________. Creator credit does not replace Writer’s writing credit. Neither party may remove, bury, or reassign the other’s credit without prior written consent. Festival submissions, IMDb, press, and sequels or further seasons drawn from these pages carry the same two lines.

5. Pages & copyright
Until paid in full, Writer owns the pages she delivers. On payment, Creator / Producer receives a production license for the picture named in clause 1. Writer retains copyright in her literary contribution unless a separate, paid assignment is signed. The license is not a grab of Writer’s novels, shorts, or other series.

6. No silence later
A later draft, a later director, or a later company does not erase Writer. If the collaboration ends, pages already delivered keep clause 4.

7. Law
Arkansas law governs. Notices: Editing_Writing@latrena-mitchell.com. Clause 4 survives termination.
